- Define loyalty program with flexible rules, Tiers and benefits.
- Enable redemption of points at PoS, Customer Portal, E-commerce portal against cash discounts/ In-house vouchers/ Gift cards.
- Segmentation of Customers based upon the buying patterns/demographics and triggering targeted communications/promotions.
- Strong Analytical reports to analyze performance of loyalty campaigns, customer purchasing behavior and detect and control fraud cases.
- Enable processes for card replacements, new issuance, membership bundling, statement requests and Customer satisfaction surveys
