Business Scenario
Before partnering with Maventic, the client had acquired an Indian firm and had planned to roll out SAP within that firm using a new company code. The objective of the rollout was to extend all of its current SAP functionalities to the new firm for seamless integration of business processes.
Challenges
Such an integration presented challenges in
- Dealing with legal requirements such as financial statements and compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Dealing with business-critical requirements such as interface issues and master data solutions.

Solution
