Business Scenario
The customer has a retail Planning application which was developed on .Net and MySQL. Application is well integrated with SAP solutions. GroupSoft’s want to convert the existing application into SAP HCP based XS, so they can meet current business challenges and can support new SAP platforms with better performances.
Retail Planning is one of the biggest challenges that every retailer faces and due to huge data volume make difficult planning for users. Current existing application has performance issue and No graphical representation on planned data for analysis. Complex process and manual activities increase time-line for planning

Customer chooses Maventic. Maventic worked with the end user, business users and the IT team and implemented the solution based on HANA cloud platfrom and SAP BO reporting tools. Intergrated with SAP ECC,CAR and other application.
Solution
As per the business requirement developed the SAP HANA XS Application( SAP UI5 ) for retail Plan. Based on existing history sales data, user can generate forecasting sales data based on predefined master plans.
Forecasting sales will stored as week wise, Month wise, Quarter wise and Year wise. Once initial plan generated based on master data, user can review the generated plan and freeze the plan by Approve.User can also generate new version for modify the growth percentage to set the new forecast sales values.Also needs graphical representation of sales data for the analysis.
Created Data Base objects such as Tables, Views and Stored Procedures adhering to SAP HANA guidelines as performance is a major consern. And application developed in such way that can be accessed in desktop and mobile phones. Data palulatered to the UI5 screens using Odata Services.
