Business Scenario
Before partnering with Maventic, the client relied on an SAP portal-based ESS platform that could only be accessed by ZS employees from their office laptops.

Solution
The client decided that the best course of action was to develop a custom ESS application for mobile devices, along with a revamped one-stop platform extension for laptop/desktop devices.After evaluating a few SAP mobile development partners, they selected Maventic’s proposal to develop this mobile application for the App Store and Play Store for broader adoption within the organization. Key workflows of the application included the ability to log time entries and share approvals and start/stop timers for easy logging of multiple projects.
The technologies utilized for this project were OData, SAPUI5 and SAP ABAP.
