The organisation is in the business of manufacturing and selling automobiles and had been using SAP PM from 2010 onwards. They had plants in multiple locations with each location having 30-40 technicians managing scheduled and breakdown maintenance. The customer had decided to move to a mobile solution for their technicians to ensure increased wrench time of their technicians, provide all relevant information to technicians, real time visibility of status, ability to quickly and dynamically change the assignments and reduce cost of maintenance.
